Help Desk Support Tier II
A company in Richardson that has a global presence in IT is looking to fill a couple Tier II Helpdesk Support positions. The company has a presence in the data and analytics sector and primarily partners with Fortune 500 clients.
The company is looking for someone to help maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. This person will also document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems. Additionally this person will be responsible for supporting and maintaining user account information including rights, security and systems groups and someone who has has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with Helpdesk Support
- Familiarity with troubleshooting
- Experience with user accounts and security
- 100% hands-on
- 100% desktop support
- Competitive Pay: Up to $35.00/hour, DOE
- Contract Duration: 6 Months to hire
