They are looking to bring on a Help Desk Support Engineer that maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Someone who is capable of documenting, maintaining, and upgrades for hardware and software systems. An engineer who supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems
