Desktop Support Specialist

Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Job Description

The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for producing hardware and software solutions, and other IT computing devices. The ideal candidate would have a basic understanding of desktop support principals so that he/she may provide expertise and solutions to meet the needs of the customers efficiently. The Desktop Support Specialist would work under the Desktop Manager, supporting all desktop services and portraying professional appearance and communication.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Microsoft Outlook and Office
  • Previous experience in a IT Support position
  • Mac Operating systems

  • SCCM
  • Active Directory
  • VMware

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

  • Configure Personal Computers
  • Performs Desktop Imaging
  • Customer Support
  • Troubleshoots desktop hardware
  • Works with team members to resolve issues

The Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Up to $20/hour, DOE
  • Contract Duration:3 Months
