Help Desk Engineer (Tier 2)
An alternative financial services company located in Syosset, Long Island is looking to hire a Tier 2 Helpdesk Engineer. This is a full-time role and can pay up to $60k.
This company has been around for over 50 years and has a huge presence in NYC - handling more than 19 million transactions annually.
In this role, you would be working on a team with 5 other help desk engineers and focus heavily on new projects, migration projects, and escalated support. The Help Desk team supports 700+ users and responsibilities include: desktop (Windows) support, phone support, software & hardware, Active Directory, and some networking.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of Help Desk experience
- At least 1 year experience of Level 2 Help Desk
- Windows 7 or Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Mail experience - Microsoft O365 (preferred)
- Hardware support
- Software support
- Network experience
- Basic knowledge of routers and switches
- Competitive Salary: Up to $60K/year, DOE
