Technical Support Engineer/Level 1/VOIP
A Cloud-based communications solutions company is looking to add a Technical Support Engineer to their team. This business VoIP and hosted PBX provider offers high-speed internet connectivity and phone services in one self-serve solution.
Their technical support team is looking for a Support Engineer who can provide technical support, troubleshooting, additions, moves and changes to customers phone systems. You will troubleshoot inbound calls related to service effecting issues, provide technical support and communicate with end users.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with TCP/IP, SIP and VoIP protocol
- Experience with Mac and PC
- Experience with Exchange
Desired Skills & Experience
- Knowledge and experience with SCCM for Windows and Mac administration, imaging, deployments
- IOS and Android
