Senior DevOps Engineer
Do you have a passion for working in the Internet of Things space? One of the leaders in lighting and shading space is looking to bring on a DevOps Engineer to their Bethlehem office.
This company works with some of the biggest companies around the country in shading and lighting. They’ve created an application where people can monitor their lighting usage all from their devices. As a DevOps Engineer you’ll be responsible for setting up their DevOps Environment, and deploying everything to AWS. They’re a mixed environment, but heavier on the Linux side. They have a lot of legacy applications that they’re trying to get rid of, and move more into a modern tech stack. This DevOps Engineer will have to have a few years’ experience and ready to hit the ground running, as this will be very fast paced.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years’ working as a DevOps Engineer
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience
- Containerization with Kubernetes or Docker
- Scripting in bash or python
- CI with Jenkins or Travis CI
- Terraform to view infrastructure as code
- Linux environment
