IT Help Desk Specialist

Join a leading global equity firm that engages in managing assets for leading institutions around the world. This firm is actually recognized as a pioneer in dynamic equity management, utilizing proprietary technologies to engineer equity portfolios that adapt to today’s equity market. They are looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to join their team to provide technical assistance and support for issues related to the computer system, software, and hardware. You will diagnose and resolve computer problems and requests for users.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4 years of helpdesk or IT experience
  • Experience with Windows
  • Experience with Active Directory and O365
  • Experience with SCCM

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with VDI or VMWare
  • Experience with PowerShell
  • Exposure to cloud technologies

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 100% Windows  

Daily Responsibilities

  • 80% Hands On
  • 20% Team Collaboration

The Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Up to $30/hour, DOE
  • Contract Duration: 3 Month Contract to Hire
