Help Desk (Tier 2)

A DC non-profit founded almost 20 years ago is hiring for a Tier 2 Help Desk Specialist to join their team. The organization is dedicated to providing a vital platform that brings social entrepreneurs together to reconstruct their effectiveness, increase their efficiency while lowering theirs costs, and drastically scale their operations. This non-profit is looking for a Help Desk Specialist with Windows and Mac experience. Great opportunity for any Help Desk candidates looking to grow their career.

Required Skills & Experience 

  • 6 years or more of professional experience
  • Windows 7 and 10 experience
  • Mac experience
  • Active Directory
  • Great communication

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • Office 365 experience
  • Ability to work on the Windows Server

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Diagnose technical needs and determine root issues
  • Doing Tier 2 support
  • Working on a team of 4
  • Extend unresolved issues to the appropriate technical support partners

Tech Breakdown 

  • 70% Windows
  • 30% Mac

Daily Responsibilities 

  • Supporting Mac and Windows 10 desktops
  • Supporting Office 365

The Offer 

 Competitive Salary: Up to $70K/year, DOE
