Senior Help Desk Technician/Systems Engineer
A local software company serving the real estate industry is in the process of expanding their infrastructure team and is looking to bring on a Senior HelpDesk technician/Systems Engineer.
This position will be on a team of 10 and will be responsible for maintaining their environment and providing customer service and technical support to their internal staff. Other duties include installing, securing, and monitoring all internal networking systems. This individual will be the main person for any first-line backups while also providing daily escalation for internal PC’s and end-user issues.
This is a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate must have a technically agnostic background with an opening desire to continuously learn.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a Support role
- Office 365
- Azure Active Directory
- Cisco Meraki
- Dynamics CRM
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of eCommerce
- Script writing (PowerShell or Python)
