PC Support/Help Desk Supervisor
Working with the hiring managers of one of Dallas’s financial services companies who is seeking an experienced support representative to supervise the help desk.
This company has been growing at a rapid rate with over 1,100+ storefronts nationwide and upwards of a million plus transactions annually. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in a Support role, preferably in a CentOS/RHEL environment. This person will interact with customers frequently to understand and resolve issues/service requests. The team supports messaging systems (Exchange, PostFix) and will likely troubleshoot issues across databases, web servers, and firewalls. This person should be able to communicate well with customers over the phone and e-mail as well with little supervision.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a system support position (RHEL, CentOS preferred)
- Postfix, Exchange experience
- PostgreSQL, MySQL management
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with a coding/scripting language (Bash, Shell, Perl, Python)
- VMware management
- Good knowledge of network devices and network troubleshooting experience (routers, switches, firewalls)
