Service Desk Analyst

A top entertainment agency is looking to bring on a Service Desk Analyst to their IT Department with Headquarters in Century City. This is a fast paced environment where you’ll be tasked with providing executive desktop support in addition to supporting all internal help desk tickets. Must be an analytical thinking and have customer service skills

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Prior experience with Ticketing Systems (extra points if it is Service Now)
  • Experience working in an enterprise IT support environments


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting Androids/ iPhone/ iPads
  • Familiarity with any of the following tools or methodologies: Bomgar, Chef, ITTIL

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 70% Windows
  • 30% MAC

Daily Responsibilities

  • 80% Hands On
  • 20% Team Collaboration

The Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Up to $35/hour, DOE
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
