Help Desk Engineer
This point of sale technology company is transforming how ecommerce shops securely handle payment information. As they continue to scale the team, they’re looking to bring on a Help Desk Engineer. This engineer is going to work in Windows environment with Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365. He or she will help internal and external users via both phone and email.
Under the guidance of the IT Manager, they will learn the servers and aid with administration work. Most importantly, this person will be excited to join a technology-first company with a clear growth path and a variety of technical resources at their disposal. What You Will Be Doing
- 90% Traditional Tier I & II Help Desk work
- 10% Server Administration
- Competitive Salary: Up to $65K/year, DOE
