Junior Product Support Engineer
Be a part of the Technical Support Engineer team at one of the most established online survey providers. For over 20 years, the company has committed itself to innovating the technology used in market research. As a member of this team, you will provide technical support to clients and contrivute to the implementation of new data collection and reporting applications.
On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for product support and implementation. You will provide assistance and consultation to develop online data, as well as help develop a wide range of new products, as well as contribute to the new and current frontend web development. Based out of Manhattan, the technical support team currently has 12 members. This is a great opportunity for someone who is personable and wants to expand on their technical skills while also working on a collaborative and communitive team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Knowledge of component- based software development
- Jscript programming logic
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment with comparable responsibilities
- SOA and Web Services experience
- Competitive Salary: Up to 80,000/year, DOE
- Annual Bonus Plan up to 5,000
