Help Desk Administrator (Contract to Hire)
This in-home care company helps patients with long-term illnesses and the elderly connect to doctors and caregivers who can provide at home services. At they continue to impact the accessibility of these vial services, they are looking to add a Help Desk Administrator to the team.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of help desk or support experience. He or she will have experience with both Windows 8 and 10 as well as a good understanding of Active Directory. You will support 100 users with the help of 2 team members and field both support tickets and calls.
Finally, this person will be excited to join an established organization that is working to improve the health and care of thousands of patients across the country.

- 50% Windows 8
- 50% Windows 10
- Competitive Pay: Up to $28/hour, DOE
- Contract Duration: 2 Months before flipping permanent
