Customer Support/Help Desk Specialist (6 month contract to hire)

A leading travel agency located in the Valley is in need of a Customer Support/Help Desk Specialist to join their team for a 3 month contract to hire position. for the Customer Support Specialist, they are looking for someone that is able to work both independently and in a team environment to solve customer issues. They must also be able to communicate effectively with non-technical people to resolve issues.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Good energy and positive attitude

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 100% Support (Windows, Active Directory, Office 365,SCCM for imaging)

Daily Responsibilities

  • 100% Hands On (team collaboration, supporting internal and external end users)

The Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Up to $25/hour, DOE
  • Contract Duration: 6 Months, possibility of conversion
