Help Desk Support Specialist (Windows, Mac, scripting, support)
One of our clients is a prestigious University in the Philadelphia area, looking to bring on a help desk support person to their growing team. The role consists of mostly tier 1 Windows and Mac support to students and professors. The ideal candidate has experience with scripting for automation. Personality is a huge factor in this role!
