Helpdesk Technician

A leading accounting company on the West side is in need of Desktop Support Technician to join their team on a contract basis to provide end-user support in-house. This candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting for PC operating systems as well as provide day to day assistance to the company’s end-users. They are looking for someone who is personable and is a self-starter that can support 130+ in house and remote users. 

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience with PC (Windows 7, 10) and some Mac OSX
  • 1-3+ years of Active Directory and Exchange 2010 experience
  • Previous Help Desk Ticketing Software experience

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an accounting/law firm is preferred
  • An Associates or BS degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 35% PC (Windows 7, 10) and Mac OSX
  • 30% Active Directory and Exchange 2010
  • 35% Helpdesk

Daily Responsibilities

  • 100% Hands On

  • Competitive Salary: Up to $XXK/year, DOE
