Contract to hire Tier 1/2 Help Desk, stable SaaS company with tons of upward mobility

A stable, well-funded, and Irvine based SaaS company with a small start-up feel is looking for a new member to add to their tight knit team. If you have experience handling a high volume of calls for tiers 1 and 2 for a variety of windows products and general networking then look no further then this contract to hire opportunity to bring your career to the next level. This team needs a strong communicator with a go getter attitude to pioneer a new role within their organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a help desk role
  • Strong skills troubleshooting a variety of windows products
  • Exposure to general networking concepts
  • Experience handling a high volume of calls
  • Strong communication methods
  • Team player
  • Ability to wear multiple hats

Desired Skills & Experience

  • General understanding of civil engineering would be a huge plus

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • Variety of windows products
  • Variety of Networking components

Daily Responsibilities

  • 75% Hands On
  • 25% Team Collaboration

The Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Up to $35/hour, Depending on experience
  • Contract Duration: 6 Months
