Network Solutions Architect - Pre Sales Engineer Team (Cisco)
An Infrastructure and Data Center solutions company in Plano is hiring a Network Solutions Architect to add to this growing team! This position will be on a full-time basis and you will be working on the Pre-Sales team.
This company supports enterprise level customers all over Texas, Colorado and is soon expanding to Oklahoma. Within this role, you’ll be working closely with the account managers to understand requirements for different infrastructure solutions in a networking and security capacity, to then create solutions for customers. As this is a Cisco environment, you’ll be pretty heavy in Cisco Nexus switches, routers, as well as working within the Data Center as needed. They’d love to find someone that has worked in a Pre-sales setting before, and has experience working with a wide range of new technologies, to show that they’re excited about the opportunity to learn!

Required Skills & Experience
- CCIE Certifications
- Performance monitoring experience
- Network Benchmarking
- Strong Trouble-shooting, optimizing and managing Cisco products
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous Experience working in Pre-Sales
- Certifications are a big plus: CCNP and/ or CISSP
- Security Exposure
- Strong Communication
What You Will Be Doing
- 40% Hands on
- 40% Project Work
- 20% Collaboration with account managers
- Working with Account managers, Sales team and Marketing teams to create high level design solutions to present to customers.
