Senior Help Desk
If you are a support wizard on the phone, then look no further, this role is for you. The client is urgently looking for a Support Technician who can provide Level 3 Support for Windows servers. The catch? You will be providing support almost entirely over the phone, so excellent communication skills is a must.
Other than communication skills, the candidate must have previous experience managing high pace Help Desk incidents. The candidate will be working in an Exchange server, so knowledge of Windows systems and Active Directory is a must. Basic Mac and Linux knowledge is a bonus.
Required Skills & Experience
- Three plus years experience providing Level 3 support
- Knowledge of Windows Servers
- Professional experience working with Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of Linux and Mac
