Network Engineer (Cisco, Juniper)
I’m working with a large non-profit located in South Jersey looking to onboard an experience mid-level Network Engineer with strong Cisco and Juniper core competencies. Being in that market, they would ideally like someone coming out of the non-profit, healthcare, or academic space.
With this role, you will be very hands on with a team of five other experienced engineers. They have One datacenter composed of both Cisco and Juniper, so it is very advantageous to be versed in both. TCP/IP, Bluecoat proxies, F5 load balancing, routing, switching, LAN/WAN, and setting up VLANS, making this role quite involved. As mentioned before, this is a mid-level engineer role, but it will require a strong skillset.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Cisco network experience
- Cisco routing and switching
- ASA and Checkpoint firewalls
- TCP/IP protocols
- Juniper experience
- Bluecoat Proxies
- F5 Load Balancing
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
