Enterprise Call Center Support

The specialist is responsible for providing trouble shooting for the entire company. The position is part-time. the candidate will work the hours of  8am-12pm/9am-1pm.

The environment is large and fast; the average work-ticket load is 25 variable per day. Candidates will need to be able to juggle multiple task such as answering service calls, troubleshooting, and closing tickets.

The position will require the candidate to trouble shoot remotely. Handling 1000 different applications the candidate will need to be a jack of all trades in terms of technical experience.The candidate will be working collaboratively with a team of 27.
