Help Desk Specialist

Are you motivated quick learner with a strong interest in technology? If you flourish in a fast-paced environment and want to achieve success to grow your career in the IT world, my client is looking for you.

You will be responsible for responding to phone calls, emails and online tickets using the service now ticketing system, document, track and monitor client’s problems to ensure a resolution in a timely manner, troubleshoot and correct basic problems within the hardware/software technologies, and escalate higher requests to the appropriate level. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years working in IT support in a Windows heavy environment.

This is a 6 month contract with opportunity to grow and become a permanent employee.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years working in IT support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Software/Hardware support
  • Windows troubleshooting
  • VPN
  • Active Directory
