Our client, a global transportation company located in Santa Monica is looking for a Helpdesk/Support Engineer to add to their growing team. The Helpdesk/Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting end users, troubleshooting issues and working on both servers and the network as needed. They are willing to pay up to $20/hour for the ideal candidate.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Windows XP/7/8/10
- At least 2 years Help Desk experience
- Excellent communication skills, and willingness to work with others
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365
- Any experience with remote desktop support is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree a big plus
