Support Desk Admin Assistant

Our client is a fast paced MSP growing exponentially due to new business and excellent customer satisfaction. In just 15 years of operation they have become the go to place for Managed Service needs in the Greater Philadelphia Area. They are looking to bring in a Support Desk Admin who has excellent customer service experience. This person will be the first point of contact for I.T. related issues. The successful candidate will be able to take inbound calls in high volume, respond to email requests and determine the level of priority/escalation required to take care of such issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Desktop Support
  • Windows/Mac Operating Systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Help Desk Ticketing System Experience

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills
  • High Level Customer Service IQ
  • Flexibility to work with numerous software systems and customer service requests
