Workbridge Los Angeles sponsored the second Tech in Motion: LA event on June 7, 2012. The “Tech Mixer” was held at a hip Santa Monica spot called South. This event welcomed techies in the LA area to network, interact and enjoy some food and drinks.
As the night progressed we had a ton of people show up, and there was a lot of great tech networking happening! Everyone was having a great time and people even stayed after the event was officially over.
If you're in the LA area we hope you will join us at the next Tech in Motion: LA event!
Enjoying catching up with candidates!
The event is already getting packed before the official start time!
Enjoying some relaxing conversation.

It's so rewarding to get people jobs that they truly love. Not only do we get them their dream job, but we really get to know them. Often times, our old candidates will stop by and talk about the market, grab candy from the candy jar or even bring us things like cupcakes! When our candidates are happy we are happy.
Thanks Maurice for the delicious treats!
Always game to have a little fun, Chris thought he'd show off his football playing habits with his birthday cake! Chris is one of our latest additions to the Workbridge Orange County office. Welcome and Happy Birthday!

Our first Tech in Motion meetup in Philadelphia turned out to be a hit! We had two wonderful presenters, Don Norbeck and Phil Ives, both speak about Cloud Technology.
The turnout was awesome and everyone had a great time networking and meeting other local Philadelphia techies! I love how deep in conversation everyone seems to be in the picture below. Everyone at Workbridge Philly can't wait for our next one!
Last week, Workbridge Orange County helped to co-host Tech in Motion: Orange County's second event, providing an opportunity for tech. networking and bringing in Elmer Thomas to speak. It was a great event bringing out all sorts of developers and techies.
The speaker of the event, Elmer Thomas works out of Send Grid, one of Orange County's most successful start-ups. He shares tips and knowledge about how you can improve your personal productivity at work. Don't we all hate having that endless 'to-do' list? Well, he provided tons of helpful information (for techies and non-techies alike!) to help us get it done. Elmer was also kind enough to share his slide deck with us right here.
What do you think? Do you have any helpful tips that get you through your work day? Please share, and share alike!
